Wrapping up has three parts: mark the lesson, check what your student will see, and set up next time.
A past lesson that isn't marked shows “Not marked” at the top. Click “✓ Mark completed” once you've run it, or the button with “didn't show” after your student's name if they never came. “↻ Reschedule” moves it instead, and your student sees the change right away.
Nothing is saved until you finish the wrap-up.
Once the call ends (or you generate it from the transcript), a draft recap appears in the AI notes panel — private to you until it's shared with your student usually about 20 minutes after the call ends, or sooner if you save the wrap-up yourself. “Use as recap →” copies the draft into the lesson's Recap box to change as you like. Save the wrap-up and your version is what's shared; if you don't, the draft is shared automatically usually about 20 minutes after the call ends.
When the draft comes from the full lesson recording, every suggested focus area starts checked. Uncheck any you don't want to share; each one is saved as you uncheck it. The rest are shared usually about 20 minutes after the call ends.
Only appears when the draft suggests focus areas.
Press it to share now instead of waiting. It also marks the lesson complete. “Save without finishing” beside it saves the same things and leaves the lesson open. A confirmed parent gets one email per lesson; if they hadn't confirmed when you saved, nothing was sent. Saving that lesson's recap again after they confirm sends it.
On a lesson you've already marked, the same button reads “Save changes” and just saves your edits.
Homework shows on your student's lesson page under “To work on”, beside “What we covered”. “To pick up next lesson” becomes the “To cover today” checklist at the start of their next lesson; when you leave it empty, the AI draft's key points fill it, marked “From the AI draft”.
Private notes live behind “Add a private note” on the student's page. They never reach your student.
A card in the wrap-up lists what's on their lesson page so far: “✓ Recap”, “✓ Homework”, shared focus areas and attached materials. “Book the next lesson →” opens booking with this student already picked.
