Every student gets one page for everything about them: lessons, notes, materials, and billing.
Name them, pick a subject (Language, Chess, Tutoring, or Something else), and set their level, timezone and an optional goal. Their timezone sets the times they see on their own portal.
Six tabs: Overview, Lessons, Notes, Resources, Billing, and Messages. Edit details changes their subject, level, timezone or goal later.
Copy the invite link to send it yourself, or enter their email and we'll send it. They follow the link, create a login, and land in their own portal.
Student logins are for ages 18 and over. If a student is under 18, don't send the link yet — they won't be able to sign up.
Optional, to keep whoever pays in the loop without a login of their own. Turn on "Email them when you save a recap or homework" to notify once per lesson. Editing the recap later won't send it again. A second switch decides whether the email includes the recap text or just says one was posted.
When you save, the parent gets one email asking them to confirm — it doesn't mention your student. Nothing else is sent until they confirm, and the student's page shows whether they have.
Removing a student is on the same screen and is permanent: it deletes their lessons, notes, and history.
