The student portal, step by step

Follow the invite link and create your login. That connects you to your coach.

Home shows your next lesson (with “Join the call” when it's time), what you have left, one “Do this next” (like flashcards that are due), and the start of your last recap with “Read the full recap →”.

Join appears 15 minutes before your lesson starts. On the day, the row shows the time it opens.

“Upcoming” starts with your next lesson; “Past” starts with the most recent, older ones grouped by month. “Missed” appears for a late cancellation or no-show, and “Not confirmed” when a lesson is long past with no recap and your coach hasn't marked it. Lessons with all your coaches are here.

Pick any open time from your coach's calendar, then press “Book this lesson”.

Only available once your coach has turned on self-booking.

Open the lesson from “My lessons”: “Move this lesson” offers your coach's open times, and canceling asks “Yes, cancel it” first. Inside your coach's cancellation window the original lesson still counts as billed under their policy, even if you book a new time. When a card charge will follow, the buttons say so: “Move anyway (original billed)” and “Cancel anyway (charged)”; on a monthly plan, or with no card saved, they read plainly.

“Move this lesson” only appears once your coach has turned on self-booking.

A lesson's own page has a “Your work” card for sending your coach files before you meet. “Resources” holds everything your coaches have shared, and Messages reaches your coach directly.
