Booking, rescheduling, and marking lessons all happen from Schedule and Today.
Pick the student, then one of your suggested open times or your own date and time. Times are in your timezone; your student sees them in theirs. If the student doesn't have a lesson balance, a monthly plan, a saved card, an open invoice, a recurring slot, or an agreement to pay you outside the app, you'll see a warning. You can still book.
Choose a preset (30 to 90 minutes) or type any length from 15 to 240. Weekly or Every 2 wks adds a count (2 to 40 lessons), so you can book a whole term at once.
The sheet says “In the built-in call. No link needed — you both join in the app.” so there's no link to send; your student joins from their portal. The button shows what you're booking, e.g. "Book 8 weekly lessons · Mon, Jul 13, 1:00 PM."
Schedule shows one week at a time, and Today shows what's happening now and next. From ⋯ you can change the date, time or length and Save changes, mark the lesson completed or that your student didn't show, or cancel it. Today's Needs you list shows any past lesson you haven't marked yet.
Canceling asks you to confirm and is permanent: it removes the booking rather than marking that they didn't show.
A lesson shows Missed when a student cancels inside your notice window or doesn't show, whether they or you make the change. Whether it costs anything is a separate choice you make: bill it or waive it. With a card on file, a billed one can charge per your policy; otherwise it counts in their balance. Skipping a date ahead of time is free and shows as Canceled.
Once you've added weekly open windows in Settings, students can book or move their own lessons into those slots. It lands on your schedule and you're notified.
Until at least one weekly window is set, students message you to schedule.
